  • Property Data: Full site address, postcode, access instructions, and tenant contact details (where required for survey arrangements).
  • Compliance Records: Photographic survey records, technical equipment data, and statutory inspection reports.

We process your data strictly under the following lawful bases:

  • Contractual Performance: To conduct on-site audits and deliver valid digital certificates.
  • Legal Obligation: Retaining statutory engineering records as required under British Standards and UK Building Regulations.
  • Legitimate Interests: Managing ongoing client relationships and scheduling statutory certificate expiry reminders.

We retain engineering audit logs and inspection reports for a statutory minimum of 5 to 7 years to validate property compliance against local council or insurance audits. We never sell your information. Data is shared exclusively with accredited engineers (NICEIC, Gas Safe, FDIS) attending your site and authorized national registries (such as the UK Government Non-Domestic EPC Register).
